DELIVERY POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS
Local Delivery (Dubai)
Enjoy the convenience of freshly squeezed mylks and gluten-free treats delivered to your office or home. Being healthy never got easier! Our local delivery radius extends from jumeirah all the way to marina and mizhar.

During checkout, you will need to select the location that suits your delivery location, as well as the day in which you would like your delivery (falling on a Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday).
Timing of Delivery:
Your items will be delivered between 11AM to 1PM on Sun/Tues/Thurs.
Note: Delivery to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and all other emirates will be handled by our third party courier. The rate is subject to change - you will be notified at checkout.
If you have any special instructions to ensure you can receive your package, please leave us the details in the “Order Notes” section of the checkout process. It is highly recommended that someone be available to accept delivery at the address specified as the mylks must be refrigerated immediately.
If you're not there when we deliver, we will attempt to leave the package in a safe space such as in a cooler filled with ice outside of your front door under the shade or with your concierge. We will first attempt to contact you using the telephone number that you have registered at the time of purchase, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available on this number.
If we are unable to deliver your mylks in any circumstances, a 50 dirhams re-delivery fee will be charged and your package will be delivered the following morning.
In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or other place specified to us or damaged while there we do not accept liability and will offer compensation only at our discretion.
If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes.
Multiple deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Please note, Genki Beverages Preparing Co LLC ("GENKI") and our Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
ORDER CUT OFF TIMES
All large mylk/kit orders should be made at least 48 hours before your desired delivery or start date. All orders placed on this website are processed through this website.
We plan our production in advance and therefore cannot accept orders (or changes to orders) after the cut off times above.
If orders are cancelled 48 hours prior to the delivery date we will offer a full refund (in the Original Mode of Payment). Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds or credits for orders cancelled less than 48 hours before your desired delivery or start date.
