  • What’s different about your almond mylk? Can’t I just buy almond mylk from the grocery store?

Not only is the almond mylk you find on shelves at any given grocery store watered down (some brands contain as few as 2% almonds!), it also contains thickening additives and preservatives that aren’t good for you. Soy? No way. Carrageenan? Nope. Gellan gum? Never.

Made with love right here in Dubai, our almond mylk is plant-based mylk in its purest form, containing nothing but water, salt, the plant base e.g. almonds, pumpkin seeds, and perhaps some natural sweeteners or superfood ingredients (depending on what you order). This means you get the highest concentration of nutritional benefits AND the freshest taste. This is also what we call a win-win, my friends.

  • Are your mylks pasteurized?

No. Our mylks are 100% raw and unpasteurized. Pasteurization involves heating food to a very high temperature to kill bacteria. But the heating process also kills a lot of the nutrients found in nuts and seeds. We take careful steps to ensure that our milks do not contain harmful bacteria and advise you to adhere to the “use by” date on the bottle.

  • How fresh is your mylk?

As fresh as it gets. We make it in our kitchen in Dubai and then deliver it to you.

  • Where should I store it?

In the refrigerator, between 1°C to 4°C. For mylk left in your cooler, you are responsible for making sure the temperature stays at or below 4°C.

  • I know you deliver. Can I also pick up the order I’ve placed online?

Yes! You can pick up your mylk at our Mylk Lab location inside Wasl 51 Mall during our hours of operation. Simply select the “pick up” option when you place your order online, and we’ll send you a reminder email on the day of your pick up.

  • What if I want to add an extra product to an order I’ve already placed?

We got you. You can add anything to an existing order without paying any additional delivery fees. Just call us to place an order for the additional items, we'll collect the outstanding amount via phone or in person at the time of delivery, and you're good to go.

  • A subscription sounds awesome! But I travel a lot. What should I do?

No worries! Your subscription can be paused at any time. Just send us an email and let us know for how long you expect to be gone and when you’d like to re-start the subscription. We want the subscription to be as easy and convenient for you as possible! (Please note: you can only put your subscription on hold and move the dates around up to 2 times within one subscription.)




  • Where can I find the calorie or nutritional information of your products?

Each product page has its own list of ingredients, calorie and nutrition information, photo and description. Simply look under the ''products'' category to find the item you are looking for.
